For £10, we’ll help arrange for the British Heart Foundation to collect your unwanted mattress after your new one has been delivered.
Please note that mattresses must be clean, reusable and have the relevant fire-safety label attached. All collections are subject to acceptance by the British Heart Foundation, and collection availability may vary depending on your location.

Mattress Guarantee
We are so confident in the quality of our beds, mattresses, and toppers that all of our products are covered by a comprehensive 10-year assurance plan, including a 5-year manufacturer’s guarantee and a 5-year extended warranty.
We will arrange for Emmira Group Ltd, a third party inspection team, to come and inspect your mattress. If the mattress is found to be faulty, we will replace it free of charge for a like for like replacement.

To help give you peace of mind when mattress shopping, we offer a 200-night trial period—so you won’t get stuck with a bed that’s not quite right for you.
Eligibility for the trial requires a mattress protector to be purchased with your mattress and used from day one, helping to keep it in a clean and resalable condition.
With this risk-free trial, you have plenty of time to make sure your mattress truly suits you. Sleep on it in your own home, experience the comfort, and see how it supports your body night after night.
